The Carolina Pottery Festival


A one day pottery-only Festival featuring the work of over

100 local and regional potters



SHELBY, NC- Carolina Pottery Festival is proud to present the yearly celebration of pottery and ceramic art on November 8, 2014 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the LeGrand Center, 1800 E. Marion St., Shelby, North Carolina 28152. The work of over 100 potters from areas throughout North and South Carolina will be displayed in an array of pottery that will be a visual feast unlike any other. This is the second year at the LeGrand Center for the Festival

A fine variation of work, ranging from dinnerware and serving pieces to sculptural and decorative art will be available for purchase, with each piece hand crafted and the artists present to discuss their work and answer questions as to inspiration, use and care of these created objects.

There is a  $5.00 admission for adults and children over the age of fourteen The LeGrand Center is a beautiful, indoor venue and will provide for a comfortable, rain or shine climate, but weather during the Festival is usually brilliant and full of fall color.
